Allergen information

Your health and safety are very important to us. Whether you have an allergy or other dietary requirements, we want to reassure you that we take steps to ensure your safety whilst you are at one of our classes.  Our allergen information aims to make clear our responsibility and also what your responsibilities are too.

Our cooking classes are completely nut-free although some ingredients may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soya, fish and one of the other allergens specified by the foods standards agency.

Grubbalub Kitchen must be notified at the time of your class booking of any dietary requirements or food allergies  you or your child have and must be detailed in the allergies section of the booking form. If you or your child have any serious allergies then please contact us before your booking to ensure that it will be safe for you to attend. If you need to transfer your booking to somebody else and they attend in your place, you must notify us of their dietary requirements in advance of the class.

When you book a class you will be entering the session at your own risk and at no time can the cooking environment be completely free of all allergens. We take your allergies serious and will always try our best to accommodate any dietary need in all our classes. We can accommodate by substituting ingredients so you can still enjoy our cooking experience. Although ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring that allergy and dietary requirements are taken care of and that any food cooked in our class is safe for you and your child to eat.
